There are many options for usage of the Institute.  You may be looking for a place to hold a seminar, workshop, gathering or training session.  If you are a new author that is looking for a smaller venue to have a book signing and possibly a related workshop, then the IfSA may be the place for you.

          Consultation Rooms
There are three consultation rooms available for intimate or small meetings.  These are also used for breakout activities/sessions for events in the larger workshop rooms.

          Workshop/Event Rooms
There are two large rooms (one on each level) available for workshops and events of many kinds.  The Upper Level event room can accommodate up to 20 people, while the Lower Level event room accommodates up to 30 people.

          Other Amenitites
- Two Full Kitchens, one on each level.  The kitchens are well stocked with coffee makers, hot water and tea collections with
   real ceramic cups.  There are catering options as well as many meal options nearby.
- Two Full Bathrooms, one on each level.
- Outdoor courtyard off of the lower level which can be used for breaks, gatherings, fire ceremonies, etc.
- Laundry facilities on the lower level.
- Eight 2 ft x 4 ft light weight sturdy folding tables.
- 30 padded and 10 regular chairs.
- Meditation pillow combinations as well as miscellaneous other pillows are available throughout the Institute.

Upper Level - Includes event room for up to 20 participants, full kitchen, bathroom, and two consultation/breakout rooms.
Full Use Per Half Day - $100
Full Use Per Full Day - $175

Lower Level - Includes event room for up to 30 participants, full kitchen, bathroom, consultation/breakout room, sitting area, and courtyard.
Full Use Per Half Day - $150
Full Use Per Full Day - $250
 
Entire Facility
Full Use Per Half Day - $250
Full Use Per Full Day - $425

Rates are always negotiable depending on your specific circumstances and needs, including rate sensitivity to those making an on-going commitment for weekly usage.
